1.You’ll begin a morning yoga routine
Every morning you begin your day with a morning yoga class. Stretching in the morning is important because we wake up with tension in our body and kicking that bad juju before our day begins is key. Creating this morning routine in paradise makes it easier to bring home and put into practice in your daily life. During my annual Spring 2018 yoga retreat, “Soul Down: Discover Your True Essence”, we’ll begin every morning with a stretch sequence you can do on your own back home.
2.You’ll meditate, for real though
Peace and quiet in paradise? You’ll be so inspired by the view and in awe of the beauty around you that sitting in silence, breathing in the surrounding beauty and letting go of your worries back home, will come natural. During “Soul Down”, I’ll guide you through meditation every morning, and host a workshop where I’ll teach you how to meditate; in paradise and at home.
3.You’ll eat well without lifting a finger in the kitchen
Can I get an “AMEN!”, girl?! This is one of the BEST thangs about a yoga retreat; the FOOD! Yoga is all about honoring the mind, body, and soul. Eating delicious and nutritious food is at the center of this! When you eat healthy you think clear, move with ease and have hella’ energy. My yoga retreat, for example, offer fresh, organic, farm-to-table meals and smoothies for you to enjoy all day long.
4.You’ll make authentic connections
You have a story. The woman next to you at work or during your daily commute does, too. It’s our stories that connect us; that help us learn from and to grow with one another. You’ll meet women who are searching for purpose, embrace peace, ready for transformation, living with a positive mindset, and into healthier living on a yoga retreat. You’ll make connections with magnificent women, just like you, especially at “Soul Down”!
5.You DESERVE it
Girl. You. DESERVE. it. Each and every day you put in your hours at work and give your best.
